Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 7 days of purchase. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
NO REFUNDS- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed for unworn items only, or store credit will be issued if preferred.
To make a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused
- Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the issue was caused by our error.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@slaterunners.com. We will then provide instructions on the return via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
